  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbls Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 9 in Pie crust unbaked
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed zucchini, egg, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top to taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
