1 can (15 oz) peach pie filling
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional

1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, combine the peach pie filling, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a tablespoon of the peach mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, creating a cruffin shape.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water, then brush the mixture over the tops of the cruffins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with icing before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the filling. These cruffins are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
