  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 78 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, melted butter, and oil until smooth.
  3. Add the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
