- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- Add the grated zucchini to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a sweeter muffin, increase the granulated sugar to 1/2 cup. These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
