Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.

- Add the frozen mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, salt, minced dry onion, sugar, pepper, bay leaves, and barley.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables and barley are tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce for added flavor.
- Remove bay leaves before serving and enjoy your soup hot.
