Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix the brewed espresso with the additional tablespoon of sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- In serving cups, layer the soaked ladyfingers followed by a layer of the mascarpone filling. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
- Refrigerate the Tiramisu Cups for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
