- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- optional Orange Food Coloring
- optional Granulated Sugar
- small Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the canned pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetened condensed milk, and mix until well combined.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture, being careful to blend without overmixing.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture into small balls and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
- If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring to the remaining white chocolate to drizzle over the truffles for a pumpkin effect.
- Roll the truffles in granulated sugar for an additional texture if desired and add small chocolate chips for stems.
