- 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz I used Devil’s Food
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream room temperature
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups marshmallows I used large ones that I cut into 4 slices each
- 1 jar marshmallow creme or fluff 7 ounces
- 1/2– 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 4 whole graham crackers broken up
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, sour cream, water, all purpose flour, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- In a greased crockpot, add half of the cake batter as the first layer.
- Layer half of the marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and broken graham crackers on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over the s’mores layer. Finish by adding the rest of the marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and graham crackers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the cake is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm. Enjoy your delicious Crockpot S’mores Cake!
