Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in 3 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen) until evenly distributed.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a prepared pie crust.
- In another bowl, mix 2 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar, 2 Tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/2 cup flour.
- Drizzle in 1/4 cup melted butter and combine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the blueberry filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.
