Description
This Strawberry Sorbet is a refreshing and fruity treat, perfect for hot summer days or any time you crave a light dessert.
Ingredients

- 3 cups strawberries (360g)
- 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup
- white sugar
- xylitol
- etc.)
- 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon
- optional pinch salt
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice or zest, and optional salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and freeze for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Once frozen, scrape the sorbet with a fork to create a fluffy texture. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For creamier sorbet, blend the mixture every 15 minutes as it freezes. Adjust sweetness to taste.
