Refreshingly tart and sweet, this Strawberry Lime Mocktail Margarita is the perfect non-alcoholic drink to cool down on a warm day.
Ingredients

3–4 medium fresh strawberries
0.75 ounces lime juice
1 Tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)
2 ounces orange juice
club soda
sparkling water
or ginger beer (to taste)
flaky salt (for rim)
Instructions
- Begin by preparing the glasses. Moisten the rim of each glass with lime juice and dip in flaky salt to create a salted rim.
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture evenly into each glass, filling them halfway.
- Top each glass with club soda, sparkling water, or ginger beer to taste. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional strawberry slices or lime wedges if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave as per your taste.
