strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
2 bricks
8 oz each
cream cheese
softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups
heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 strawberry wafer cookie
about 4 oz
Instructions
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully mix the cooled jello into the cheesecake filling.
- Crush the strawberry wafer cookies and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crushed wafers and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Notes
