Instructions
- Begin by spiralizing the zucchini to create zoodles and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for 15 minutes to draw out moisture.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, coconut aminos, tahini or nut butter, sesame oil, chili powder, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well to form the sauce.
- After 15 minutes, squeeze the zucchini to remove excess moisture. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the zoodles, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
