- 1/2 cup (120g) pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 2 oz (56g) softened cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (2g) pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp (1g) salt
- 6 oz (170g) white chocolate

- 1 tbsp (15ml) coconut oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or until firm enough to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each pumpkin ball into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature. For quicker setting, refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
