1 cup peaches peeled and diced

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup sour cream

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil, whisking until well blended.
  • Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
