- Cream of tartar
- Baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for rolling.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll them into balls, and then roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

For best results, ensure your baking soda is fresh and always fluff and level your flour.
