- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter softened
- 1½ cups light brown sugar packed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ¾–1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 4 hershey chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs to the butter mixture, mixing well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until fully integrated.
- Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, creating little cups in the center.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and add marshmallow fluff into each cookie cup, followed by a piece of chocolate on top.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the chocolate is melted.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding mini chocolate chips to the cookie dough. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
