- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray or butter/coconut oil.
- In the slow cooker, combine the steel-cut oats, water, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours or on high for about 3-4 hours, until the oats are soft and creamy.
- Once cooked, stir the oatmeal and serve warm, topped with chopped pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup, and extra almond milk if desired.
Notes
