Ingredients
2 pounds boneless
skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
plus more for serving
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 hamburger buns or 12 slider buns

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
- Add the creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the chicken mixture on toasted buns topped with chopped parsley and shredded romaine lettuce. Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing if desired.
