- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots julienned
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir until combined and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a separate pot, steam broccoli florets and julienned carrots until tender.
- Prepare the zesty spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- To serve, place cooked rice in bowls, top with beef mixture, steamed vegetables, and sliced green onions. Drizzle with spicy mayo.
Notes
