  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate or milk chocolate
  • melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the caramel sauce and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of crushed pretzels into the mixture.
  4. Once combined, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until they are firm.
  6. While the balls are freezing, combine the melted butter with the remaining crushed pretzels.
  7. Once the cheesecake balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Roll the chocolate-dipped balls in the pretzel mixture.
  9. Place them back on the baking sheet and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate until serving.
