- 1/3 cup caramel sauce

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup crushed pretzels

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- melted
- 1 cup white chocolate or milk chocolate
- melted
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the caramel sauce and mix until combined.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of crushed pretzels into the mixture.
- Once combined, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes or until they are firm.
- While the balls are freezing, combine the melted butter with the remaining crushed pretzels.
- Once the cheesecake balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the chocolate-dipped balls in the pretzel mixture.
- Place them back on the baking sheet and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate until serving.
