- 1 cup Pretzels finely crushed
- 30 Soft Caramels unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Pretzels finely crushed for coating
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the finely crushed pretzels until well combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt the soft caramels with the heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir the melted caramel into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the extra crushed pretzels to coat, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
Notes
