These Rosemary Garlic Steak Kebabs are grilled to perfection, combining the rich flavors of marinated sirloin with juicy grape tomatoes and tender baby potatoes, making for a delightful meal perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
3 cloves garlic (minced)
salt
pepper
14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
2 cups whole grape tomatoes
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
6 metal or wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the steak marinade. Add the sirloin cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- In another bowl, combine whole grape tomatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary, tossing to coat. Set aside.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, parboil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
- Once grilled, thread steak cubes, grape tomatoes, and parboiled potato halves alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the grill, allow to rest for a few minutes, and then serve hot.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Adjust marinade ingredients according to your taste preference.
