Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the peeled carrots in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic salt over them and toss to coat.
- Lay the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the carrots, tossing gently to combine.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the carrots are tender.
