These Rice Krispie Treat Footballs are a fun and festive twist on the classic treat, perfect for game day celebrations.

- 5 tablespoons salted butter
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups cocoa krispies
- 1 cup white chocolate wafers
- I used Ghirardelli
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the cocoa krispies until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, shape the treats into football shapes.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave or double boiler and drizzle over the footballs to create laces.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
For a more decorative touch, add colored sprinkles or edible glitter to the melted chocolate before it sets.
