1 Medium Patty Pan Squash (cut into strips)
1 ½ Cups Diced Tomatoes

Instructions
- Cook the red lentil spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat, add the strips of patty pan squash, and grill until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add diced tomatoes, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
