1 Medium Patty Pan Squash (cut into strips)

1 ½ Cups Diced Tomatoes

¼ Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

1 Tsp Onion Powder

½ Tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  • Cook the Red Lentil Spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
