Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup grape juice

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, red wine vinegar, grape juice (or water), olive oil, kosher salt, onion powder, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
