Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, and basil. Mix gently to combine flavors.
  • In another bowl, whip the ricotta cheese until smooth.
