Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour the appropriate amount of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until golden brown.
