Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
