  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in the greased dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin, eggs, white sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes, ensuring all the bread is coated.
