- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, 1 cup sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 ½ cups sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the pumpkin layer is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
