- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, 1 cup granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, 1 ½ cups granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the streusel. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with whipped cream for added indulgence.
