Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, 1 cup granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, 1 ½ cups granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the streusel. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
