Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
