Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and ground ginger.
- In another bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
