  • ¾ cup (175 ml) heavy cream
  • ¼ cup (30 g) powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the lightly beaten eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition until smooth.
