- ½ cup softened unsalted butter
- ½ cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs

- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the warm milk until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
