- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 large egg or 3 egg whites
- whisked
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Add the whisked egg (or egg whites) and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- If desired, stir in chocolate chips for an extra treat.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, checking after 1 minute for doneness.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying directly from the mug.
