- ½ cup granulated white cane sugar
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen or fresh peach slices with granulated sugar, cold water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend the sorbet again after it has partially frozen, then return it to the freezer for a firmer consistency.
