- 3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (120 g) chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the lightly beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the grated pears and chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using a mix of nuts or adding a pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
