- Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and roll each ball in granulated sugar before placing it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press a Mini Reese’s peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the cookies cool, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler.
- Use the melted chocolate to create spider legs on each cookie and add candy eyeballs on top.
