Ingredients
- cooking spray
- Oreos
- butter
- cream cheese
- peanut butter
- powdered sugar
- heavy whipping cream
- instant chocolate pudding
- milk
- peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13 inch dish with coconut oil cooking spray.
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine, then mix with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream gently.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Prepare the instant chocolate pudding according to package instructions using whole milk. Pour the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and optionally sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
