  2. Mix in granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms; knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. For the peach filling, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  6. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
