- Mix in granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms; knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- For the peach filling, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter for the filling over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Evenly distribute the peach filling on top.
- Roll the dough tightly, slice it into rolls, and place them in a greased baking dish.
