Refreshingly sweet and tart, this Peach Lemonade is the perfect drink to cool you down on a hot day.
Ingredients

20 oz peaches (3 large peaches)
1.5 cups white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5–6 ripe lemons)
2 cups cold water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 cups of water. Cook over medium heat until the peaches soften and the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, allow the peach mixture to cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
- In a pitcher, combine the peach puree with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and 2 cups of cold water. Stir well to mix.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness with additional sugar if desired. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve over ice and enjoy your refreshing Peach Lemonade!
