Description

3 lb bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

2 tsp kosher salt

1 15 oz canned peaches in juice

2 tbsp agave nectar or honey

2 tbsp cider vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Season the chicken thighs with kosher salt and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the canned peaches with their juice, agave nectar (or honey), cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  • Pour the peach mixture over the seasoned chicken thighs in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • Serve the chicken thighs warm, drizzled with the peach glaze from the dish.
