- 2 cups fresh peaches

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with the sliced peaches.
- Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the peaches.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into bars and serving.
