Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups fresh peaches
  • peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with the sliced peaches.
  7. Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the peaches.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing into bars and serving.
