Ingredients

1 box blue jell-o 3oz box

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

2 packets unflavored gelatin

½ cup cold water

1 cup boiling water

1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz/395g

1 box red jell-o 3oz box

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

whipped cream

red white and blue sprinkles


Instructions

  • In a bowl, dissolve the blue jell-o in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Mix well and pour into cups. Refrigerate until set.
  • For the white layer, combine the unflavored gelatin and ½ cup cold water in a separate bowl. Let it sit for a few minutes, then add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and allow it to cool slightly before pouring over the blue layer. Refrigerate until set.
  • For the red layer, repeat the jell-o process using the red jell-o. Dissolve in 1 cup of boiling water and then add 1 cup of cold water. Once the white layer is set, pour the red layer on top and refrigerate until fully set.
  • Once all layers are set, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next for the best results. You can customize flavors of jell-o as per your preference.
