Description

This Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner is a flavorful and easy meal that combines crispy chicken, tender potatoes, and vibrant green beans all cooked together on one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1½ lb chicken breast (about 34 pieces)
  • approx. 1 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • minced
  • â…“ cup grated parmesan
  • â…“ cup breadcrumbs
  • Italian or plain
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ½ – ¾ tsp sea salt
  • 2 lb red potatoes
  • cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 – 2 garlic clove
  • minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • ends trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • minced
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt to create the crust for the chicken.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them on a sheet pan.
  4. In another bowl, toss the red potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes around the chicken on the sheet pan.
  6. For the green beans, toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; place on the pan as well.
  7. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. If desired, sprinkle additional parmesan on the green beans for the last few minutes of baking.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
