Description
This Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner is a delicious and easy meal featuring juicy chicken breasts, crispy red potatoes, and tender green beans, all baked to perfection on one pan.

- 1½ lb chicken breast (about 3–4 pieces)
- approx. 1 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- Italian or plain
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- ½ – ¾ tsp sea salt
- 2 lb red potatoes
- cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 – 2 garlic clove
- minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, ⅓ cup grated parmesan, ⅓ cup breadcrumbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture.
- Place the chicken on one side of a sheet pan.
- In another bowl, toss the red potatoes with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1-2 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread the potatoes on the other side of the sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken and potatoes are baking, prepare the green beans by tossing them with 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, optional parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- After 15 minutes, add the green beans to the sheet pan and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumbs. Adjust the cooking time if the chicken is thicker than 1 inch.
