Overnight No Knead Focaccia is a beautifully airy and flavorful bread, perfect for snacking or serving with meals.
Ingredients

500 g all-purpose flour
400 g water at room temperature
3 g instant yeast
9 g sea salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus more if needed
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced or minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup chopped herbs basil

sage and parsley
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and sea salt. Stir until mixed.
- Add the water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- After resting, lightly oil a baking pan and turn the dough out onto it, stretching it to fit the pan.
- Drizzle the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, black pepper, and chopped herbs, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add different herbs or toppings like olives or cheese. Allow the dough to rise in a warm area for best results.
